Privacy Policy

1. Purposes, information, and collection

Purposes: Review and respond to inquiries; verify submission and consent records Required: Company/contact name, email, product purpose, and required functions Optional: Phone number and description of existing materials/reference products Generated on submission: Submission ID, consent notice version, consent choices and time, and language Retention: General inquiries are kept for one year from receipt. Materials that lead to a contract are separated into contract-related records and managed under separately communicated retention rules. You may refuse, but the inquiry form cannot be used without consent.

You enter information in the website form and select each of the two consent options before submitting. The consent time is supplied by your browser and recorded in the inquiry email. To provide and secure the website, the hosting provider may process IP addresses, access times, and browser/request information, separately from storage of inquiry content. Do not include sensitive information or unrelated personal information about other people.

2. Retention and deletion

General inquiry emails and their consent records are deleted after one year from receipt. We do not maintain a separate inquiry database. Materials that lead to a contract are separated from general inquiries, transferred to contract work, and managed under separately communicated retention rules appropriate to the business purpose and legal obligations. This does not justify retaining all inquiries indefinitely. When the retention period ends or the purpose has been fulfilled, we identify and delete the relevant emails and any copies separately stored by INTI. Electronic files are destroyed so they cannot be recovered, and any paper copies are shredded. If retention is legally required, only the relevant records are kept separately, with the reason and period explained. Provider backup deletion cycles can differ from deletion in our mailbox.

3. Service providers and disclosure

Ltd.): Receipt, storage, and replies in the company mailbox INTI uses these services to handle inquiries. We do not sell inquiry information for advertising or disclose it to third parties for unrelated purposes. Disclosures required by law are handled under the applicable law.

4. Overseas transfers for inquiry processing

(iad1) Contact: privacy@vercel.com Processing and retention: The server processes inquiries without a separate inquiry database. Runtime logs on the current Hobby plan are retained for one hour. Application logs contain delivery tracking identifiers, not inquiry content or contact details. The one-hour period does not apply to all Vercel service or security data. 2. Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) — Email delivery and error investigation Countries: United States (processing and storage); Japan (sending region) Contact: privacy@resend.com Retention: Email and log data for 30 days on Free; backups for 7 days. Remaining customer data is deleted within 90 days after account termination. 3. Google Workspace — Company mailbox receipt, storage, and replies Provider: Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. and Google's disclosed subprocessors Contact: 70 Pasir Panjang Road, #03-71, Mapletree Business City II, Singapore 117371 Processing countries: Countries where Google or its subprocessors operate facilities. Our Business Starter edition does not support data region selection, so storage is not restricted to South Korea or a specific country. Google's official list linked in the full policy identifies subprocessor countries and activities. This does not identify the actual storage country of any individual email. Retention: One year from receipt for general inquiries; separate business retention rules for contract-related records. After INTI deletes data so it cannot recover it, Google's processing terms allow up to 180 days for deletion from its systems, except where retention is legally required. You may refuse overseas transfer consent or request withdrawal through our company contact. Without consent, you cannot use this form and may contact us by phone instead. Email sent directly to our address is still processed through Google Workspace. Provider contacts above are not addresses for project inquiries.

5. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, and consent withdrawal

You or an authorized representative can contact the person below by email or phone to request access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent. We verify identity and authority only as needed, handle the request without undue delay, and explain the result. If a legal restriction or retention obligation prevents us from fulfilling the request, we explain the reason and applicable basis.

6. Protection and cookies

The website and inquiry submission use HTTPS, and email credentials are stored in server environment variables. Inquiry emails are sent only to our fixed company recipient. Inquiry content and contact details are not written to application logs; only delivery tracking identifiers are logged. A NEXT_LOCALE session cookie remembers your selected language. You can block or delete cookies in browser settings; doing so may prevent your language preference from being remembered. Our website code does not include advertising or visitor analytics scripts.

8. Policy changes

When purposes, information, retention, or service providers change, we update this page and the form notice to reflect actual operations and applicable law. Changes requiring additional consent are applied only after that consent is obtained.
